By accessing or using Wavelynks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Wavelynks is an AI-powered prompt generation platform that helps users create structured, comprehensive prompts for AI coding assistants. The Service includes:
AI prompt generation tools
Website cloning analysis
API recommendation hub
Prompt history and management
Video tutorials and learning resources
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
4.1 Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
Free: 10 credits per month
Pro: $9.99/month, 100 credits per month, 7-day free trial
Ultra: $24.99/month, 500 credits per month
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
4.3 Free Trial
Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial.
4.4 Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months, except as required by law.
4.5 Credits
Credits are used to access features and generate prompts. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit malicious code or viruses
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Abuse, harass, or harm other users
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Resell or redistribute the Service
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Rights
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Wavelynks and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of prompts and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content to provide and improve the Service.
6.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content appropriately.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAVELYNKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wavelynks from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (Google OAuth, Stripe, Anthropic Claude). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
11. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wavelynks operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
